Charis Kardia Disaster Relief is God’s ministry & is His design.
Charis(KARE-iss) Greek: Χάρις is a given name derived from a Greek word meaning "grace, kindness, and life." In the Greek and Hebrew biblical term Charis (χάρις) refers to good will, loving-kindness, favour, in particular to God's merciful grace.

As Brian & Kelley were entering the empty nester stage of life, God placed disaster relief on their hearts. Living for the sole purpose of making a living to buy stuff & give a percent, left them feeling empty. They could give more to God & His ministry. They sold their house & property, most of their belongings, their vast amount of livestock & animals. They dedicated their lives to the ministry. They purchased an RV & truck then headed to their first disaster; a flood in Missouri. After responding to disasters in Missouri, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Nebraska, Florida, Bahamas, Louisiana & Tennessee, they have been dedicated to the work God has placed in their lives. Brian & Kelley have both worked in the construction field & Brian is a combat & disabled veteran. This disability allows them to focus donations to the operational costs and to the people in disasters who really need the help.

The Charis Kardia team are servants & children of the most high God that were given the privilege to operate Charis Kardia & follow His will for His ministry. May God’s light shine through us & may those around us feel His great Love. May we assist those who feel hopeless & uplift their spirit, soul & body. May we lighten their load by assisting them with disaster relief, prayer & encouragement, so they can rebuild their lives on a solid foundation of Jesus. May God bless every life we touch. May Charis Kardia have an eternal impact on humanity by guiding hurting people to Jesus. May Jesus heal, strengthen, deliver, impart His joy, & enter their hearts & lives.
